Does my customer have to download an app?
No. Scanni works with the phone's native camera. The customer scans the QR, a web page opens instantly and shows the product. Nothing to install, no sign-up.
How long does it take to get running?
About 5 minutes. Load your catalog (manually or via Excel), generate each store's QR, print and stick them. From the first scan you already have data.
How do I load my products?
One by one from the dashboard, or in bulk by uploading an Excel with your products, variants, prices and stock. The import validates everything automatically.
Is my customers' data safe?
Yes. Each store's data is completely isolated from the rest, and scans are 100% anonymous: we measure interest, never identity. We respect privacy end to end.
Can I manage several stores?
Yes. From the Growth plan up, you manage several stores in one dashboard, each with its own QR, stock and metrics. Compare interest across locations.
What if I exceed my scan limit?
We email you as you near the limit so you can upgrade in time. The service never cuts off abruptly: your customer always has a good experience.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. You get a 30-day free trial on every plan, no card. If it works for you, pick a plan; if not, you pay nothing.
Does it work for my industry?
